Instructions
In high-speed blender add the frozen bananas and blend until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and blend once more until the powder is fully incorporated. Add the roughly chopped nuts and blitz just enough to mix the nuts.
Transfer the ice cream mixture into a container and freeze for at least 2 hours. For the first 1 hour stir the mixture every 20 min, to ensure it doesn’t become icy.
Remove the container from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 15 min before scooping and serving.
