Banana ice cream

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, peeled

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas into chunks and put them in the freezer. Leave overnight or until they are frozen solid.
  2. When you are ready to make the ice cream, put the frozen banana pieces into a food processor and pulse to break them up into small pieces. Scrape down the sides of the food processor regularly, then blend again until the banana is smooth and creamy.
  3. Eat immediately for soft-serve consistency or put it back to freeze for 1 hour
