Yogurt bark

Ingredients

  • 3 oz/ 150 gr low fat yogurt
  • 8 oz/ 50 gr berries or any fruit of your choice
  • 4 oz/ 10 gr chocolate or jam

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Mix the fruits into the yogurt until they are well combined.
  2. Spread the yogurt onto the paper in a square shape, about 6 in/ 15cm.
  3. Add the jam or the melted chocolate and swirl.
  4. If desired you can top it with crashed nuts, then freeze for at least 2 hours. Enjoy it either crashed or cut into pieces.
