2 tablespoon vinegar (best is to use cider, balsamic or red wine vinegar)
3 teaspoons dried herbs like thyme, oregano, rosemary or crumbled bay leave)
2 tablespoons mustard (best is to use wholegrain or Dijon mustard)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and black pepper per taste
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
In a bowl add the vinegar, herbs, mustard, garlic powder, oil and mix to combine, then add the chicken breasts and mix again until all chicken breasts are evenly coated.
Heat the grill pan and when it’s hot place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 4 min per a side or until cooked through.
