Chop the broccoli to a bite size pieces, cut the onion into thick slices and dice the potatoes and red peppers.
Place all the vegetables in a large bowl. Rince and drain the chickpeas and add them to the bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, Old Bay, Italian seasoning, salt and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the vegetables in single layer and if you need use a second sheet.
Transfer into the oven and bake for 20 min without stirring, then rotate and cook for another 10 min or until they become tender and lightly brown on one side.
Cut the lemon into wedges and spritz the veggies with fresh lemon juice to taste.
