Wholemeal banana and yoghurt bread

Ingredients
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 eggs
3 ripe medium bananas
¾ cup natural yoghurt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups self-raising wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line the loaf tin with baking paper.
In a small bowl blend the oil and honey until they are well thorougly, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and stir in the yoghurt. Gently incorporate the egg mixture, followed by the flour and cinnamon.
Transfer the mixture into the tin and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a chopstick comes out clean when inserted.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before moving it onto the wire rack.
