Strawberry popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberries, washed with stems removed
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups natural yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Using a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries with the water and lemon juice.
  2. Pour the strawberry puree into the yoghurt and mix until is well combined, then Poor into the popsicle molds leaving ½ inch at the top, because during freezing it will expand a bit.
  3. Freeze overnight or for at least 3 hours before eating.
