Pom-Pom Stick & Learn

Who knew a wall or window could become a mini classroom? With just pom-poms and tape, your toddler can stick, match, and explore shapes, letters, and numbers—turning everyday spaces into playful, hands-on learning zones.

You’ll Need:

  • Double-sided sticky tape
  • Pom-poms
  • A window, glass door or wall

Let’s Set It Up:

  1. Choose a space that’s easy for your toddler to reach—like a window, sliding glass door or a smooth wall
  2. Use strips of double-sided tape to create shapes, letters, or numbers directly on the surface.
  3. Hand your little one a pile of pom-poms and show them how to press them onto the sticky tape to fill in the outlines.

Creative Tips:

  • Focus on one learning theme at a time— Today talk about the shape as they fill it in, tomorrow – “Look, you’re making the number 3!”
  • Color-code for extra learning: red pom-poms for letter A, blue for letter B…
  • Switch out the design each day to keep it fresh and engaging

Why We Love It:

  • Hands-on, interactive learning through play
  • Builds shape, letter, and number recognition
  • Easy to set up and works on multiple surfaces around the house
