Maple and mustard chicken tights

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken tights, skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon marjoram
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF/ 190ºC.
  2. Rince the chicken tights and pat them dry. In a small bowl combine mustard, garlic, marjoram and maple syrup, then spread evenly about 1 ½ tablespoons of the mixture on the top of each chicken tight covering as much of the surface as possible to form a crust. Arrange the chicken in a glass baking dish and bake for 45 to 50 min.
  3. Serve with favourite side dish.
