Overnight chia seeds pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • nuts, berries, fruits, coconut flakes for topping

Instructions

  1. In any glass container with a tight seal lid, add the ingrediencies in the following order: milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and chia seeds. If you would like to add toppings in the morning, use bigger jars.
  2. Stir well with a spoon or a fork and let it rest for a minute, then stir 2 more times – this will prevent lumps.
  3. Refrigerate overnight and when you are ready to eat stir it well and top it with favorite toppings like nuts, berries, fruits, coconut flakes, whatever your heart desire.
