Toilet Paper Roll Snowman

This adorable winter craft turns a simple toilet paper roll into a cute frosty friend. It’s a perfect mix of creativity, imagination and cozy seasonal fun.

You’ll Need:

  • Empty toilet paper roll
  • White paint or white paper
  • Googly eyes
  • Small orange pom-pom (for the nose)
  • Blue pipe cleaner and two blue pom-poms (for earmuffs)
  • Orange ribbon or paper strip (for scarf)
  • Black marker
  • Glue stick or tape

Let’s Make it:

  1. Paint the toilet paper roll white (or wrap it with white paper) and let it dry.
  2. Glue on googly eyes and an orange pom-pom nose, then draw a smile with a black marker.
  3. Cut a small strip of paper or ribbon to make a scarf and glue it around the snowman’s neck.
  4. Bend a pipe cleaner into an arch, glue a pom-pom to each end and attach it across the top as earmuffs.

Why We Love It:

  • Teaches resourcefulness by reusing everyday materials in a fun, eco-friendly way.
  • Promotes focus and patience as little hands carefully bring their snowman to life.
  • Inspires pretend play — your kid can name their snowman, make up stories or build a whole snowy family.
  • A wonderful way to enjoy winter crafting indoors on a chilly day.
