Number Match Sheet

Match the number piece to its buddy on the board — a simple, colorful way to practice numbers through hands-on play.

You’ll Need:

  • Large sheet of paper (or taped-together printer paper)
  • Marker and crayons
  • Foam or wooden numbers (any set you have at home)

Let’s Make it:

  1. Draw big numbers on the sheet and color them in — leave space around each one.
  2. Place the foam/wooden numbers nearby so your child can easily reach them.
  3. Invite your kid to match each number to its drawn buddy and say the numbers together while matching.

Why We Love It:

  • Supports number recognition and visual matching.
  • Encourages focus, independence and problem-solving.
  • Matching the right number gives “I did it!” moment.
  • Simple setup — perfect for busy days.
