1 large head of cauliflower, broken into 1” / 2 ½ cm florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
¾ teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450ºF / 230ºC.
Place the cauliflower in a large bowl and combine with the olive oil, smoked paprika and salt, then toss to coat.
Transfer to a baking tray into the oven and bake uncovered for about 10 min then stir in the garlic and bake until the cauliflower is tender and lightly brown – around 10 to 15 min. Stir occasionally.
