Baked cauliflower with smoked paprika

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, broken into 1” / 2 ½ cm florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF / 230ºC.
  2. Place the cauliflower in a large bowl and combine with the olive oil, smoked paprika and salt, then toss to coat.
  3. Transfer to a baking tray into the oven and bake uncovered for about 10 min then stir in the garlic and bake until the cauliflower is tender and lightly brown – around 10 to 15 min. Stir occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
