Take a pot and fill it half up with water. Then add 4 teaspoons salt and the broccoli to it and bring to a boil.
Cook the broccoli florets for about 8 to 10 min than remove the pot from the hob. Let it cool for few minutes. Transfer them to a blender with some of the water and add the remaining salt and the pepper. Blend until it becomes a smooth puree.
In a serving bowl add 2 slices of cheese, pour the soup over them and place 4 walnuts to garnish. Best to serve it warm.
