Watermelon popsicles

Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon and the lime juice in a blender and mix them until the consistency is completely smooth.
  2. Poor into popsicle molds leaving ½ inch at the top, because during freezing it will expand a bit.
  3. Add popsicle sticks and freeze until it’s set – about 4 hours or you can leave it overnight.
