Roasted broccoli and cauliflower

Ingredients
1 lb / 450 gr Broccoli cut into florets
1 lb / 450 gr Cauliflower cut into florets
¼ cup olive oil
salt and black pepper per taste
½ lemon, optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F / 220°
Arrange the broccoli and cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt.
Roast until they become crisp-tender with lightly charred edges – about 20 to 25 min.
If desired squeeze the juice of ½ lemon and finish with sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
