2 lb / 900 gr parsnips, peeled and cut into rounds that are ⅓” / 1 cm thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dry oregano
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon dry basil
¼ teaspoon marjoram
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F / 220°
In a large bowl add the parsnips, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dry basil, marjoram and mix to coat.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread a single layer of the parsnips. Transfer into the oven and cook until they become golden brown, flipping them halfway – about 30 min total cook time.
