I Lava You

A fiery way to show Dad just how much love is bubbling up inside — a perfect keepsake that erupts with affection.

You’ll Need:

  • White cardstock or thick paper
  • Washable paint (red, orange, yellow, brown)
  • Paintbrush or sponge
  • Black or brown marker
  • Water cup and towel for cleanup

Let’s Make it:

  1. Use the marker to draw the volcano base and outline on your paper.
  2. Paint your child’s hand with red, orange, or yellow paint and press above the volcano to create fiery “lava” handprints. Repeat with different colors for a glowing eruption.
  3. Let it dry completely, then write “I LAVA YOU” at the top in bright letters.

Why We Love It:

  • A creative, love-filled way for kids to say “I love you” to Dad.
  • Doubles as a sweet keepsake to treasure for years.
  • Simple, fun and mess-friendly — perfect for toddlers and preschoolers.
