Thanksgiving Dinner

Your kids will love “serving” their favorite foods while learning about family traditions and sharing what they’re thankful for.

You’ll Need:

  • Paper plate
  • Colored craft foam or cardstock (brown, yellow, green, beige)
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Black marker

Let’s Make it:

  1. Cut out your favorite Thanksgiving foods from craft foam like turkey leg, corn on the cob, veggies or even a slice of pie.
  2. Add the finishing touches with your marker – draw kernels, grill lines or leafy greens to bring your feast to life.
  3. Arrange your food on the paper plate — glue them down for a perfect display or keep them loose so your little chef can “serve” and mix up their menu anytime.

Why We Love It:

  • Encourages pretend play and creativity while learning about Thanksgiving traditions.
  • Sparks conversations about favorite foods and what we’re thankful for.
  • Turns simple materials into a playful celebration of family and gratitude.
