Tissue Paper Earth

Let’s shape our beautiful planet – a fun, hands-on way to teach our kids how special Earth really is.

You’ll Need:

  • Blue and green tissue paper
  • White cardstock or thick paper
  • Glue stick or liquid glue
  • Pencil

Let’s Make it:

  1. Start by drawing a large circle on your paper — this will be your Earth’s outline.
  2. Tear blue and green tissue paper into small pieces. Roll each one into tiny balls to make ocean and land textures.
  3. Apply glue inside the circle and stick the tissue balls — blue for oceans, green for land. Fill it up until your Earth looks full and bright.

Why We Love It:

  • Encourages patience and focus as kids fill in each colorful section.
  • Sparks curiosity about geography, land, and oceans.
  • Promotes early environmental awareness and care for the planet.
  • Great teamwork project for family craft time.
