Doggy’s Color Home Hunt

Puppy has lost his bone—can your little one find in which color home is hiding in? A funny way to play and learn.

You’ll Need:

  • Foam paper in different colors (for the houses)
  • Scissors
  • Paper to make a doggy and a bone
  • A flat surface to play on

Let’s Make it:

  1. Make a little bone and dog from paper. On different colors of foam paper, draw simple house shapes and cut them out.
  2. Lay out the colorful houses in front of your kid and hide the little bone under one of the houses.
    Say the rhyme together:
Doggy, doggy, where is your bone?
Did somebody hide it in your color home?
    For example:
Doggy, doggy, where is your bone?
Did somebody hide it in your blue home?

When your kid finds the bone, let them “feed” it to the paper doggy—it’s a giggle-worthy finish every time.

Why We Love It:

  • Turns color learning into a playful, interactive game.
  • Builds focus and listening skills through rhyme and repetition.
  • Easy to set up—perfect for busy days when you still want a fun, hands-on learning activity.
